Hey, it's the guy from Fortnite!
Joking aside, I really like the pose, shading, and expression. Something about the proportions feels a bit off to me, but I can't exactly put my finger on why. Other than that, I really like this piece!

Hey thanks man!
And yeah I know exactly what it is, his chest is too small and is rendered too flat. The architechture of his shoulder muscles is also too sharp.
Curse of being an artist is noticing that stuff JUST as you post your work online haha but I'm glad you dig the rest! :)
Zero stars; Jeff doesn't look unhappy enough
Hey man would you be unhappy when your chillin in the sea protectin some horseshow crabs
ARMS is one of my all-time most favorite games; it’s awesome to see your OC interpreted into the game’s universe!
Sorry to be such a massive dork but if you really want to sell that “ARMS” feel, I think you should give the character spiralled irises, and a highly specific theme that affects both his ARMS and his hair. While your art is incredible and looks amazing stylistically, and despite the clear electrical theming, I can’t really tell what his ARMS are meant to be. Additionally, while the lightbulb gloves are a really fun idea, given that they are meant to be interchangeable gloves it would make sense to have them be opaque.
Anyways thanks for ARMS content. In addition to the art itself being very well crafted (I especially liked how you interpreted the original character’s teeth as a stylized chin) I also like your bg choice; it really draws attention to the ARMS.
I guess that's what I get for sketching this up while sleep deprived and not actually researching the designs, will keep them thangs in mind
REAL???????
Sadly, yes as I have not received 10,000 likes I AM NOW DED! from the evil puppet doll, it's all the fan's fault for not buying my shirts fast enough. X ()
I love the coloring on this piece; the warmer colors for the one walking (combined with their simultaneously stoic yet worried expression, which is also subtly fantastic) juxtaposed with the cooler colors for the fallen one very much portrays a sense of dependency between the two characters. Additionally, the background is spectacular; I always love seeing your abstract renditions of landscapes because they evoke a loose, almost watercolor feel while being very structured.
If I did have one criticism, it would be that the posing isn’t particularly strong. I don’t think it’s immediately obvious how the walking character is supporting the fallen one.
Other than that, great work on this piece!
thanks so much for your detailed comment, it was very enjoyable to read! <3 it means a lot when someone looks at my art so attentively! thanks for the feedback as well!! c:
I think it’s very nice! I like the smear frames on the tail wag a lot. However, I wish the GIF looped back around in a cleaner way than just a cut back to the start. Overall I think you did a great job!
Thank you! I was gonna make the last frame last a lil longer to make it less snappy, but I forgot lol. Didn't want to do much else to this, but I appreciate your feedback!
I really like your use of the white space around Miles! I find my eyes really drawn towards the center of the image, and the subtle shading on Miles himself is very impactful. Great job!
thank you so much!
ok but what if there was a goomy ///0_0///
This is looking good so far! I think some of the outlines look a bit fuzzier than others which is messing with the perspective some, but otherwise it's good!
will fix those in the next post! and also add goomy mayb :0
