this is SO SIGMA
Made me laugh lol, but also very groovy. I can imagine a full rap track over this. Nice stuff

I planned to rap over the whole thing but i was having too much fun and got lazy. Thanks as always.
Lovely hearing about Wham’s history and philosophy. And Aalasteir is such a natural host; the conversation felt guided very professionally!
Hello MH4! I'm super happy to see you!
I fully agree! Wham is awesome!
These tracks being your "rejects" is so wild dawg; even your scrapped songs go crazy...the little melody at 0:40 adds a lot to this one!
bit of trivia i started making this as a BF vs Mettaton FNF track for funsies and that little melody was intended to be for their voices
YOOO so glad this is finally public! Thank you again for letting me leak this on the FP Blog all those months ago :)
Love the relaxed feel this one has; it's very easy to just vibe to. It really gets you in a "flow" headspace. I also think the mixing and instrumentation, as usual, are awesome.
thank u dude :-J
This was one of the segments that I did the vocals for myself, and I think it you did perfectly with the requirements for the collab! An instrumental that stands by itself, but that also lends itself to the vocals nicely. Well done!!
Ay thanks! I think I remember my train of thought being to have a lot of chords to make it easier to pick notes for the vocals so it makes sense it'd lend to vocals 0-)
Perfectly melancholy, jumping between sounding hopeful and destitute. That feeling of looking for direction is exacerbated by the juxtaposition between the lower vocals and higher vocals; as they jump between each other, it's almost as if two aspects of yourself are finally realigning.
Your signature skills shine through, with your lyricism and passionate solos shining through as the hallmarks of this track. (Seriously, that solo is so sick. Every time I hear a CrossCarrasco solo I'm floored.)
Good to have you back on NG, Cross! So sorry to hear about your loss.
Thanks man! 😊 Always glad to hear from you
the transitions from 4/4 to 3/4 and back are so tasty dawg......
OK UR NOT GONNA BELIEVE ME BUT IT'S ACTUALLY A TRANSITION TO 12/8 LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thank you though it means a lot, many people dislike my work and it's taken a bit of a toll on my mental health.
I keep hitting a wall and trying to improve my craft everyday as much as I can, until I can make people happy with my work.
Yooo I was hoping you'd post this to Newgrounds! You really took what is usually a fairly repetitive and bland tune (sorry, Sock) and made it seriously dynamic. I love the little references to the other Whitty songs, and the overall direction you took with the track makes it feel properly intense and triumphant.
My only criticism is that the mixing feels a little dense - the instrumentation feels like it's overwhelming the vocals a little too much. On one hand, this adds to the oppressive nature of Ballistic as a song, but on the other hand it can take you out of the song a little.
Regardless, this is still an incredible track. That opening is instantly grabbing, and your instrument choices are on point. Really good stuff here; hope to hear more of your FNF tracks on Newgrounds!
Rly glad u like it!!! Clarification on the mixing: it's literally supposed to sound like that lol, Dariacore is meant to be clippy and loud as hellllll
Man a lot of the tracks you put out just feel magical, like the melodies and instrumentation choices make me feel like I'm walking on air. Your mixing is also awesome on this track; great stuff!
Thanks a lot dude, it means a lot.
i try my best with these things, pouring a little bit of my heart on these tracks is what i like to do.
The little deviation from the source material at the 35 second mark is my favorite part of this; you really captured the vibe I wanted to go for with the album! I also love the way your structured the track overall. The opening sample is very fun as well. Great work with this!
Thanks for reviewing, and organizing this Collab album! Also, the opening sample is from the movie “Elf”.
Howdy and hello, folks; my name is Christian Sasser, but you can call me MH4. I'm a Christian, a hobbyist video/music producer, and a third thing. If you’d like to collab on a project, feel free to ask!
