Love how happy and light this feels (it’s def helping to pick me up after a long day rofl). It’s a long track but it doesn’t overstay its welcome. It also loops very well. Only thing missing IMO is a strong melodic through line to really tie it all together; everything else is on point here. Awesome work on this one! Reminds me a lot of Nintendo’s digital store musics.
the transitions from 4/4 to 3/4 and back are so tasty dawg......
OK UR NOT GONNA BELIEVE ME BUT IT'S ACTUALLY A TRANSITION TO 12/8 LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thank you though it means a lot, many people dislike my work and it's taken a bit of a toll on my mental health.
I keep hitting a wall and trying to improve my craft everyday as much as I can, until I can make people happy with my work.
This is super chill; love the vibe you have going. I started doing something else on my phone and forgot it was playing while I zoned out ‘til the song stopped. Really good stuff.
Yooo I was hoping you'd post this to Newgrounds! You really took what is usually a fairly repetitive and bland tune (sorry, Sock) and made it seriously dynamic. I love the little references to the other Whitty songs, and the overall direction you took with the track makes it feel properly intense and triumphant.
My only criticism is that the mixing feels a little dense - the instrumentation feels like it's overwhelming the vocals a little too much. On one hand, this adds to the oppressive nature of Ballistic as a song, but on the other hand it can take you out of the song a little.
Regardless, this is still an incredible track. That opening is instantly grabbing, and your instrument choices are on point. Really good stuff here; hope to hear more of your FNF tracks on Newgrounds!
Rly glad u like it!!! Clarification on the mixing: it's literally supposed to sound like that lol, Dariacore is meant to be clippy and loud as hellllll
One of my new favorite NG collabs. This was such a relaxing, head bopping good time of a compilation. Really well mixed and incredibly paced / transitioned, this had me hooked from start to finish. Amazing work, everyone!!
I LOVE CHOPPY VOCAL SAMPLES!!!!
This one was really smooth; I love the VGM vibe this track specifically gives me. The vocal samples work really well and are greatly spliced. And, as usual, your melodies work very well. Awesome track!
Man a lot of the tracks you put out just feel magical, like the melodies and instrumentation choices make me feel like I'm walking on air. Your mixing is also awesome on this track; great stuff!
Thanks a lot dude, it means a lot.
i try my best with these things, pouring a little bit of my heart on these tracks is what i like to do.
The transition from 3/4 to 4/4 is seamless, and I love how you run with your original ideas to make a fresh twist on the song. The "Woo!" and "C'mon!" chants also work really well here; great job on this track!
Really enjoyed this! A lot of the transitions between genres were really nice, and I think as a track it's super cohesive.
Only criticism I have is more of a "what if," but it would've been cool if a central core melody was present through every genre to tie it all together.
What you guys have created is still really fun and impressive though; really takes "Everything by Everyone" literally and shows off an impressive genre variety. Nice work, everyone!
Howdy and hello, folks; my name is Christian Sasser, but you can call me MH4. I'm a Christian, a hobbyist video/music producer, and a third thing. If you’d like to collab on a project, feel free to ask!
