I love how funky this is, and I didn’t like the multi-ear stuff at first but when the lead synth kicked in it clicked. Great work on this one!

Viraxor responds:

The hard-panning is an Amiga "limitation". There are only 4 available channels on the Amiga, two panned left and two panned right. Thanks for the review!

This freakin' rocks. I love how frantic and threatening it feels. It sounds like it could - no, should - be a stage theme in Lethal League. Amazing placement of every bit of sfx and dang near perfect mixing. Great work!!

slowfreq responds:

Thanks dude!!! Team Reptile if you're reading this, you should listen to this guy.

Amazing melody that’s just BEGGING to have some trippy lyrics over it. Absolutely fantastic less-is-more approach compared to the usual heavy distortion; it’s a great pace breaker. Instantly catchy and so easy to head nod to. Wonderful work.

I’ve been listening more to this over the past few weeks and I gotta change my 4 stars to 5…it’s just too goshdarn catchy man!!

Love the vocal chops, love the distortion, love that the song isn’t too fast, love that the lyrics are edgy without being too edgy, love that freaking awesome melody (and all the other small details & decisions) of the instrumental…great work with this track. Definitely one I’ll keep coming back to.

nexketch responds:

that makes me so glad bru u got no clue

Love the experimental vibe this has. The sax was originally off-putting, but once I got used to it it clicked with me. Very nice!

Kreagato responds:

random but im so mf glad you actually knew it was a saxophone bc ppl on youtube thought it was a trumpet and it made me want to cry

FOUR project files?!

There were several times listening to this where I made a >:0 face; this was SICK. It’s so awesome how seamlessly you can string together seemingly disparate ideas! Great use of samples, great use of variety while still sounding consistent stylistically. So, so, so good.

chipsqueek responds:

yup 4 ! :D (kinda 5ish but it was such a small section i don't really count it) been waiting to finally release this for a good number of months !

I love how distorted this is while never crossing the line into overbearing. Great job with that balancing act! The core melody / motif is also awesome; it works really well both under the vocals and standalone. Awesome work!!

This rocks!! The background vocals work really well and added a lot, and the core melody is really charming! I also love the rhythm here.

slowfreq responds:

Thanks!! The vocals were such simple melodies to record but I still had to pitch correct the fuck out of them because I am THAT bad at holding a note.

Glad to see this finally posted standalone! This made me laugh out loud when I heard it in the collab; really funny and really well executed!

supermelon-creations responds:

yes, you'd have thank Plasmarift for the awesome lyrics, they got the idea to do it about all the NG audio Genres :P

What an absolute thrillride! The way the song changes in so many ways while remaining consistent in style is bafflingly good. Amazing work!

chipsqueek responds:

tysm !! it took a good while to get good at doing this kind of stuff ! <:D
